Financial wellbeing.  What is financial wellbeing? In Poland, it is a relatively new concept related to the state of mental peace when we think about the sphere of our own finances. This issue is often overlooked in upbringing and education at school and in the further education of people. The result is stress and depression in adulthood. Money and wallet condition generate stress as much as personal problems. They can lead to severe depression as they accompany people every day. The inability to manage your own finances can cause a lot of trouble: debts, loans, or problems with the law.
Financial wellbeing as an employee benefit is a supplement that was appreciated only during the lock down, when the financial situation of a huge group of working people began to affect other spheres of their lives.
For 2 years we have been running workshops, webinars and 1: 1  financial coffee breaks (15-minute coaching over coffee) and more and more companies contact us for entire programs.
Who is financial wellbeing for? It is a great, modern benefit for every industry. We dedicate it to businesses that care about the psychological comfort of employees and see value in financial education.

What are the real effects of financial wellbeing (or financial wellness) programs?
  • increase employee retention
  • by educating, they provide a feeling of inner peace, control over your own money
  • improve efficiency at work (less stress - higher efficiency)
  • improve work-life balance (more efficient work means more time for yourself!)
  • they open people up to topics considered difficult or taboo
  • are a modern non-wage benefit that perfectly builds employer branding
  • by educating employees, we educate entire families (we teach how to talk about money with children, so we have the opportunity to educate young generations - yes, we are proud of it!)
  • thanks to improved openness, we build better relationships in teams and between teams and managers.
