is an intensive cooperation consisting in focusing on a given department (e.g. sales department) or process (optimization of the customer service process or increasing lifetime value). Business consulting consists in purchasing an appropriate, jointly agreed package of hours to be used in a month. You can also benefit from the support of our employees who will help you implement changes in the company (interim managers).

Business consulting is a solution for larger structures of companies that already operate on the market. It is a good solution for conscious and willing to develop, for every owner, president or manager of a department who sees a need for change.

When we see the effects

The effects are usually visible after 1-2 months of cooperation, but it all depends on the size of the company and the complexity of the project we are implementing. You have to remember that change management in the company is a delicate process because it involves people working in the company. For us, the most important thing is that the change is implemented effectively and that it is accepted by employees. Thanks to this, we minimize rotation, raise morale in the company and try to engage employees to be co-authors of changes.

What methods do we work with:

Our apprenticeships are based on the knowledge acquired during business management studies (MBA). We use the same methods and practices as those of the Big Consulting Four. However, there are a few differences in how we operate on a daily basis. For our clients, these are often important factors for which they decide to cooperate with us. Due to the small structure of the company, the lack of costs related to expensive delegations for employees (we operate on-line from abroad), we can offer our clients fair and attractive rates, much lower than in large consulting corporations. Due to the communication methods in our team, we operate in the Agile style, thanks to which we can implement changes quickly, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness of working time for the client.

We start each new cooperation with an audit or examination of the current condition of the company. We use individualized business consulting methods adapted to the current situation of the company. We operate on business matrices. We keep full documentation of activities, which is handed over after the end of cooperation.

We cooperate with some companies, remunerated on the basis of a success fee

and a small base of remuneration (covering ongoing operating costs). Taking up this form of cooperation depends on:

  • the company's internship on the market

  • knowledge of the market by us and by the client

  • industry

  • human resources available in the company

  • market potential / growth potential

In this method of cooperation, the contract with the client is concluded for a period of 12-18 months.

Taking care of the security and confidentiality of data.

Confidential information provided to us by our clients is treated with special care. We are aware of the risks involved in obtaining sensitive data by third parties. We sign an NDA agreement with contractual penalties with each business client, which additionally protects the interests of the parties.

Business Consulting is extremely demanding and responsible activities, which is why we select our team very carefully. CEO Maria Kruczek watches over all specialists. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the team's specializations.

What does the first meeting look like?

The most important thing is that the first meeting is free. We believe that without getting to know each other better, there is no possibility of good cooperation. Besides, after the first meeting, it may turn out that we cannot help the company. That is why we do not charge for the first meetings. We invite a decision-making person or persons in the company, sometimes also key managers, to the first meeting. During this approx. 2-hour meeting, we get to know each other and conduct research on the 7S Matrix, which shows areas in business that require implementation of changes, improvement, or critically quick action, because they can have a very negative impact on the business. Already at the first meeting you will find out which company areas should be dealt with.
